Hybrid IT solution provider Zynstra has its first North American distributor. The company announced CloudMSP will offer the company’s enterprise-class solutions for SMBs to aid in Zynstra’s expansion into North America.

Zynstra has been providing solutions throughout Europe via a vast partner network and is now looking at the North American market as part of a broader business expansion plan. CloudMSP makes an ideal partner as the company specializes in value-added cloud and IT solutions. The MSP will offer its SMB customers a variety of IT solutions based on Zynstra’s subscription-based pricing model. The offerings mesh well with Microsoft’s (News  – Alert) end-of-support deadline for Windows Server 2003 and Small Business Server.

CloudMSP will provide Zynstra’s Cloud Managed Server Appliances for a monthly fee. The appliances will be sold via CloudMSP partners and will be managed and supported by Zynstra. The solutions enable a private cloud on one or more clustered servers along with a pre-integrated network gateway, file and print servers, Active Directory and a variety of managed applications.

The appliances also offer a managed VM IaaS environment that provides backup management and disaster recovery. Additional features include automated updates for support and management so that SMBs need not be bothered handling routine maintenance. This also ensures all upgrades and security patches are up to date. The SMB IT Appliance is pre-integrated with Office 365, Azure and a number of cloud applications.

“Partners can leverage Zynstra’s SMB IT Appliance, a fully-managed solution comprising an on-premises server integrated with cloud based services, to meet their customers’ need to replace their Windows Server 2003 or Small Business Server, due to the impending end-of-support deadline,” said Jeffery Ponts, executive VP of CloudMSP.

“Zynstra has a 100-percent channel model, so finding the right partners is very important,” added Nick East, CEO of Zynstra. “CloudMSP’s model for supporting and enabling partners through marketing programs, sales tools and strong technical resources is a holistic approach to going to market that will benefit partners greatly as they introduce Zynstra’s services to their customers.”
