Telarus Becomes ViaSat First National Master Agent of Exede Business Satellite Internet Services

ViaSat to offer businesses its 15 Mbps satellite Internet and continuity services through the Telarus partner sales channel.

SANDY, UT – April 14, 2015 -Telarus, Inc., master agent for more than 50 brands of business data, voice, and cloud services, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with ViaSat, Inc. to become the first nationwide master agent of its Exede® Business satellite Internet services. ViaSat, which has offered high-speed Internet services to residential customers for years, will now offer business services to small, medium and large enterprises through the Telarus partner sales channel, consisting of hundreds of partners across all 50 states.

Exede Business Internet, available in many areas across the U.S. – including rural communities without many options for high-speed DSL or cable – provides 15 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speeds for Internet and cloud connectivity. With Exede Internet as a primary service, Telarus agents will be able to fill in coverage gaps -or use Exede to provide a reliable, affordable continuity service in the event of a service disruption with a primary provider.

Exede Business is now available to the Telarus partner sales channel, and has been integrated into Telarus’ patented GeoQuote system, allowing channel partners to prequalify, price, and propose Exede Business services to their clientele in near real-time.
