PETALUMA, CA, June 26, 2014 – Intelisys Communications, Inc., the nation’s largest Technology Services Distributor today announced that J.R. Cook has joined the company to lead its strategic business development initiatives. The new role underscores Intelisys’ ongoing commitment to develop new and innovative opportunities for both our Sales and Supplier Partners, and the company’s overall commitment to the indirect channel as it experiences a complex and exciting transformation.

One of J.R.’s immediate priorities is working closely with Dana Topping, Intelisys Co-Owner to deliver great connectivity solutions to the Watchtower Organization based in Wallkill, New York. They operate printing facilities both in the US and around the world. This program will allow Intelisys to greatly expand its international footprint and give Intelisys Sales Partners access to new products and services worldwide.

J.R. joins Intelisys after serving as Channel Chief for EarthLink Business and New Edge Networks since 2010. Prior to that J.R. served as a Vice President for TelePacific Communications. “I have spent much of my career admiring the Intelisys Team and the value they bring to their Sales and Supplier Partners. I could not be more excited about bringing my years of experience and relationships to this side of the fence to further enhance the Intelisys value proposition,” said Cook.
