RespOrgs manage toll-free number services, implementing carrier routing, portability decisions and offering enhanced telecommunications services. However, unless you choose an independent RespOrg, the entity controlling your toll-free numbers will be the carrier providing your toll-free services. This relationship can be dangerous to the customer in the event of a dispute or a desire to change carriers. Even better, the package of RespOrg and enhanced services generally cost well less than the out-of-pocket savings achieved through the purchase of the services. |
