CarrierSales Reports 30%
Year over Year Sales Growth
Master agency shares growth story during annual event

Draper, Utah-October 5, 2015–Utah-based CarrierSales, the leading master agency for strategic communications and cloud deployments, has reported an incredible 30% year over year sales growth and a 35% growth in billing at their annual event held in September. These numbers were reported during a special vendor dinner held at the Utah Olympic Oval in Kearns Utah.

Richard Murray, President of CarrierSales, discussed how the organization is assembled differently from their peers in the industry. Murray made it clear that they are not a clearing house of commoditized products. "When it comes to the solutions that our partners are selling, we're not in the business of building Model T's, we're in the business of building Bugatti's." The master touted greater strategic engagement, more upstream deals, and that the solutions CarrierSales are architecting as having higher close ratios, and stickier products sets.

After the presentation from Richard Murray, JR Celski, three-time Olympic Medalist in Speed Skating, got up and told his story to a packed audience from vendors across the country. JR is well-known as the "comeback kid" after his blade got stuck 6 inches into his right leg during the Winter Olympics. It was possible that JR would never walk again, much less skate, but through his determination and drive JR went on to win three Olympic medals. JR had one of his medals present during the meeting and passed it around the room for everyone to see and touch. JR's theme tied into Richard Murray's of Lighting The Fire Within, which was also the theme that was used for the 2002 Winter Olympics. Murray mentioned that he was once told that his organization was the "best kept secret in telecom." While he was flattered by the compliment, it lit a fire within to talk more about the company's success and to tell their story. Murray closed with, "We don't want to be known as the master agent with the most agents at the end of the day. Our goal is to be the most successful master agent in the country."

After the presentations, the group went on to participate in the Olympic sport of curling and used the same stones from the 2002 Winter Olympics. The next day, 200 vendors, agents and customers maxed out the golf course at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah for the master's annual golf event. This year's event featured a 2015 Porsche Boxster giveaway for a hole-in-one and a professional long drive hitter who was hitting drives 300 yards from his knees.

When the round concluded, Richard Murray spoke about the growth the master is experiencing and how they will not abandon or forget those that have helped them grow. After Murray's presentation, Bill Robinson, SVP of Sales for inContact spoke to a packed audience about their industry leading contact center solution. Robinson was then followed by Skyler Stewart, Regional Vice President for Vonage Business and Scott Forbush, VP of Indirect Channel for Integra.

In closing the event, CarrierSales then announced their Partner Choice Award results for the year as voted by their partners. The results were as follows:

Top Contact Center Provider - inContact
