To help drive more efficiency in your operations, Google and UJET are now offering a new combined SPIFF incentive for Channel Partners who pair Chrome OS devices with UJET CCaaS sales.
Sell 100 or more Chrome OS devices in conjunction with UJET services, and get paid a SPIFF of up to 7X the UJET CCaaS monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
Example: Sell 500 Google Chromebooks with 500 licenses of UJET CCaaS services.
Your SPIFF: Estimate $50,000 MRR from UJET - Receive $350,000* (7 x $50,000) in upfront SPIFF payments. |

Chrome OS Rules
- Promotion runs from 4/1/2022 to 6/30/2022
- Chrome OS device and UJET sale must be within this
timeframe to qualify for incentive
- UJET deal must be sold under Intelisys or TBI
- SPIFF only applies to Chrome Enterprise
device sales for net-new customers
- Chromebook/box Enterprise (CBE: device
+ Chrome Enterprise Upgrade bundled)
- Standalone Chromebook/box: when
customer already has CEU licenses
- Minimum initial sale of 100 Chromebook/box Enterprise (CBE: device + Chrome Enterprise Upgrade) or Chromebook/box units are required to qualify
- $150K Maximum SPIFF per deal/customer
- 3X SPIFF equates to the UJET MRR
- Example: Channel Partner sells 100 seats
of UJET ($10K MRR estimated) + 100 Chromebook
Enterprise units; Channel Partner will receive a
one-time $30K SPIFF.
- If an existing UJET customer sold through Intelisys or TBI adds on Chrome OS devices, the SPIFF will be based on the original UJET MRR contract value.

UJET Rules
- Subagents who register and close Qualified New Accounts
between 5/1/22 - 7/31/22 are eligible to earn bonuses for
each Qualified New Account based on the number of UJET
licenses purchased by the customer, as set forth below:
- Tier 1: 10-49 Licenses → 2x MRR bonus
- Tier 2: 50-499 Licenses → 3x MRR bonus
- Tier 3: 500+ Licenses → 4x MRR bonus
- A Qualified New Account is defined as a fully executed
order form with a customer with whom UJET does not have
an existing relationship. Order Forms must be annual
prepaid, for at least a 24-month term, and subject to UJET’s
standard terms.
- If an existing UJET customer sold through Intelisys or
TBI adds on Chrome OS devices, the SPIFF will be
based on the original UJET MRR contract value.

Terms & Conditions
- MRR bonuses are based on monthly recurring revenue for
UJET Licenses, excluding usage, taxes, fees, professional
services, or third party revenue.
- Must be a subagent under a current UJET
- TSB/D (Technology Solution Brokers/Distributor, formally
known as Master Agents).
- Bonuses are paid at the end of the month following the
month in which the first annual prepayment from the
customer is received by UJET.
