*Terms and Conditions: Promotion active 7/1/2017–12/31/2017. Lead must be a new opportunity for a new customer, not already engaged. Account must be contracted to RingCentral Office accounts, globally, on a minimum two-year contract to activate by December 31, 2017, to receive bonus. To allow for rollout, account must be deployed and implemented to 25K paid users by June 30, 2018, to qualify for bonus payment. Partner will not be paid the bonus until 90 days after full implementation including customer payment. All monies will be paid in local currency. RingCentral will assign subject matter experts to help facilitate closure of the opportunity. Bonus will be paid in addition to all existing partner commission structures. Must be an active partner to earn and receive commissions. Does not apply to demo accounts or partner discount accounts. **Amount as advertised will vary based on the total value of the deal and is hereby referred to as potential earnings. $1,000,000 is not the guaranteed payout amount; final value could be higher or lower and is calculated by combining value amounts from multiple promotions.
