To qualify, must be an active partner. For all qualifying accounts activated from 1/1/17-3/31/17, the partner will be paid 2x based on the MRR at the end of the month in which the account is activated. Demo accounts or partner discount accounts do not qualify for this bonus. Payment exclusive to partners on a residual-only commission plan. Applicable to new customers activated from 1/1/17-3/31/17. Customer must be on a multi-year contract. Office accounts and Contact Center users only with a 50-digital lines minimum or 50 Contact Center users; does not apply to upsell accounts unless under a step-up agreement. Bonus amount does not include device cost. Customer contract must be signed and submitted to RingCentral by 3/31/17. Accounts must activate by 3/31/17. Should the customer cancel service within three months of acceptance by RingCentral, compensation paid as incentive payments will be assessed a charge-back on the incentive program.
