Terms and Conditions: To qualify, must be an active partner. The $300,000 payout valuation is approximate and is based on $20 per digital line cost on RingCentral Office Standard Edition tier for 10,000 users at a 1.5x multiplier. This is not a unique promotional offer. For all qualifying accounts activated from January 1, 2018–March 31, 2018, the partner will be paid bonus based on the MRR at the end of the month in which the account is activated. Demo accounts or partner discount accounts do not qualify for this bonus. Payment exclusive to partners on a residual-only commission plan. Applicable to new customers activated from January 1, 2018–March 31, 2018. Customer must be on a multi-year contract. A minimum of 200 Office digital lines or Contact Center users are required to qualify for 1.5x MRR. RingCentral Office digital lines and Contact Center users can be combined for SPIFF qualification when activated within the same month. Does not apply to upsell accounts unless under a step-up agreement. Bonus amount does not include device cost. Customer contract must be signed and submitted to RingCentral by March 31, 2018. Accounts must activate by March 31, 2018. Should the customer cancel service within three months of acceptance by RingCentral, compensation paid as incentive payments will be assessed a charge-back on the incentive program.
