Broadvoice announced today the launch of its new Certified Installer Program. Designed to better serve the partner community through education, the program instructs on best practices for installing VoIP business phone systems and the Broadvoice suite of products.

"Our new Certified Installer Program helps partners, technicians and managed service providers gain an excellent understanding of business networking as well as the implementation of VoIP phone systems," said Darrin Ingram, vice president of customer experience at Broadvoice. "We're excited to offer a program that not only educates partners on the best practices of installation, but also allows them to provide their clients with professional installation services without involving a third party."

The program features virtual training, including written testing as well as an onsite shadow learning experience during which partners receive hands-on training alongside a Broadvoice installer.
