Terms and Conditions

• Promotion applied to all contracted voice services on a 3YR term.
• Hardware and Toll-Free packages and usage do not qualify.
• Cannot be combined with another promotional offer.
• Broadvoice access services do not qualify.
• The free rental is for the duration of the relationship. One free phone rental per seat.
• SPIFF applies to new orders or new locations with a corresponding service agreement. To qualify all sales must be customer signed and submitted and recorded in Broadvoice systems on or before COB on September 30, 2019.
• SPIFF applies to add orders within 30 calendar days of the initial new order or new location. Add orders will be paid at the SPIFF multiplier earned at the time of the original order.
• Canceled or disconnected orders in the first 12 months will result in a SPIFF charge-back.
• Broadvoice reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time.
• Metered seats are not included in seat counts nor are eligible for free phones.
• SPIFF applies to orders without discounts on seats.
