Kristine Su, Western Region
Kristine has over 12 years of telecom experience, and brings both direct and channel sales experience. Prior to joining Bigleaf, Kristine was an accomplished Channel Manager at Spectrum. As a child, her weekends and summer breaks were spent working for her parents at their family-owned store. This ignited her entrepreneurial spirit at a young, and has served as a significant catalyst for her success. In her personal time, Kristine enjoys spending quality time with her family and creating new recipes for her Instant Pot!

Brian Ficek, Midwest Region
Brian comes to Bigleaf with over 20 years experience in telecommunications and channel management. Prior to Bigleaf, Brian was an award-winning Channel Manager with Voyant and Broadview (now partner of Windstream). In his free time, Brian enjoys time with his two daughters, bicycling, skiing and golfing

Ryan Beer, Southeast Region
For the past year, Ryan has served as the East Channel Manager for Bigleaf Networks. Prior to Bigleaf, Ryan served as a National Channel Manager for TBI. Outside of Bigleaf, Ryan is a member of the Charlotte Alumni Association for the University of South Carolina. He also enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his girlfriend, Emily and their dog, Ace.

Gene Elmore, Northeast Region
Over the past twenty years, Gene has held a variety of positions within the telecom industry’s indirect channel. He has overseen both regional and national sales organizations, including programs from Verizon, CenturyLink and Windstream. Gene's passion for the great outdoors includes camping, boating, golfing, hiking and wrestling with his 80-lb Labrador Retriever “Sunny”.
