As we near the end of this strange year, we at AT&T and ACC Business wanted to a take minute and reflect on 2020. Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by the pandemic. While this year wasn't what we expected or planned for, there is some good to be found.

First off, we want to say a huge thank you to the channel community. Thank you for trusting your business with us, investing your time in selling our solutions, and for being willing to give AT&T/ACC Business a shot (especially if you haven't before). We've made a lot of changes over this last year, with your feedback & guidance, all in an effort to make doing business with us easier than ever before.

2020 has proven that technology can have far-reaching & profoundly positive impacts on how we live, work, communicate, educate, and do business. If COVID-19 had happened 10 years ago, would we have the tools to continue to do so many of the things that are keeping work, school, and business running? This year has proven the importance of technology and what we all do every day. Our industry has helped the country, the economy, and businesses through this difficult and unprecedented time. Difficulty can drive innovation and purpose; we believe we've only just scratched the surface of the technology transformation that will result from 2020.
