SUNRIVER, Oregon – March 7, 2016 – ATL Communications has announced a definitive launch date for its highly anticipated self-service toll free number management portal at the end of Q1 of 2016. The portal will allow toll free number subscribers, from end users to carriers, to manage their numbers autonomously, and will provide features ranging from reserving new numbers to generating complex number routing records. ATL's customer portal features a direct connection to the SMS/800 database, allowing users to make real time changes to their routing without having to contact a third party.
"This is something we have been heavily invested in creating for the past year," said Michael Rothchild, ATL's COO. "With carrier management and rate management tools, a template building tool, and powerful number reporting options, the portal will empower our customers to have complete control over their toll free assets."
Just in time for this month's Channel Partners conference in Las Vegas, ATL's leadership team will be present to give demonstrations of the portal to display the power of its functionality. Among the functions to be shown are a Disaster Recovery tool for those seeking to protect their clients from carrier outages, and a Least Cost Routing tool designed to simplify and streamline the process of building a template to save clients money on routing.
Also recently released is a new number search on ATL Communications' website. The search tool allows anyone to search for available toll free numbers as well as look up who currently controls a number, including their RespOrg contact information.
ATL Communications is America's oldest and largest independent, carrier-neutral RespOrg, managing nearly two million toll free numbers. The company's president, Aelea Christofferson, is an active and vocal member of multiple regulatory committees advising the FCC. ATL leads the industry in customer service quality and administrative efficiency. ATL's new customer portal will redefine toll free number management by empowering companies of any size to take control of their numbers and to make use of multi-carrier routing options. |
