Four New Regional Channel Managers Added to AireSpring's

LOS ANGELES, CA - July 15, 2020 - AireSpring, a leading Managed Services Provider specializing in Unified Communications, Managed Network, and IT Services, has announced the expansion of its award-winning Channel Sales team with the addition of four(4) new telecom professionals. At a time when many companies are downsizing, AireSpring is expanding and actively hiring to meet increased demand for its managed services. AireSpring is making significant investments across its organization but especially on the channel sales team. As a 100% channel focused company, AireSpring wants to ensure their channel partners receive more attention and support in the field by expanding its team of professionals at the local and regional levels. 

Patrick Harrison joins AireSpring as Regional Channel Manager - Midwest, bringing a new, deeper level of support to the expanding footprint of partners and customers in the region covering Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, and Kentucky. Pat has an outstanding record with 15 years of experience in telecom, including as a top producer at Time Warner Cable where he served as an Account Executive, achieving sales in the top three percent of the company, then serving as a Channel Sales Manager, attracting two of the company's largest accounts. Pat moved on to join IDT Corporation/Net2Phone, where he was most recently Senior National Channel Manager, securing deals for some of the largest enterprise accounts worldwide.

Rod Nichols has been appointed to the Regional Channel Manager position for Houston, Southeast Texas, and Louisiana. Rod brings a 24-year record as an accomplished telecom veteran to AireSpring, most of that time devoted to the Channel. He recently served as a Global Channel Manager for Masergy. Previously, he was a Partner Sales Manager at Alpheus Communications where he was named as a President's Club Winner in multiple years. Rod has held channel sales positions with some of telecom's top channel players, including Comcast Business, XO Communications and MCI WorldCom.

Fredric Worthy assumes the role of Regional Channel Manager for Florida. A top performer in telecom business development, Fred has joined the AireSpring team to further develop channel partner relationships and expand the company's presence in the state of Florida. A 20-year veteran of the telecom industry, Fred brings a rich understanding of AireSpring's solutions portfolio and today's key emerging technologies, as well as the needs and concerns of channel partners and customers across a broad range of industries. Before joining AireSpring, Fred served as Lead Commercial Account Executive at CenturyLink, developing new business, networking, and managing customer relationships to maximize revenue. Previously, he was National Account Manager/Team Lead at Votacall in South Florida. Prior to Votacall, Fred held channel and business development positions with Mayatel Systems, Avaya, and Comcast.

Grant Whyard joins the AireSpring Channel team as Regional Channel Manager for Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Grant will focus on expanding AireSpring's channel presence and support in the mid-Atlantic region, leveraging his existing relationships across the area and introducing new partners to AireSpring's expansive solutions portfolio. Prior to joining AireSpring, Grant served as National Channel Sales Manager for IDT Corporation/Net2Phone. Previously, Grant served as a Senior Account Manager with Logix Fiber Networks, an ISP CLEC providing long-haul fiber and phone lines for voice, data, cloud solutions, MPLS and private networking.
