This specialized position supports the onboarding and implementation of programs for new UCaaS customers. The UCaaS Design Manager’s efforts complement the work of UCaaS program technicians through additional customer support and project design services. Ms. Chu got her start in the telecom industry at Pacific Bell in the late 1990s. She went on to spend over ten years as Manager, Project Management at hosted VoIP provider Telekenex, which was eventually purchased by NetFortris.
