AireSpring has fully automated eSign capabilities within QuoteSpring to automatically generate and distribute eSignable order forms enabling channel partners to complete proposals for service in hours, not days.

Partners and customers can now choose to take advantage of this new, optional feature to easily sign and submit order forms and proposals. At the same time, agents will retain the familiar quoting process they are accustomed to using. As a result, processing time will be greatly reduced and there will be fewer delays resulting from poor handwriting, low quality scans, skipped pages and other obstacles. The eSign function is easily accessed under the Quotes tab on the AireSpring back office portal, agentStar, where agents can also download new rates and commissions.
