Tech Distributors must be active and in good standing under the ACC Business agreements and defined as a Tech Distributor to be eligible for award. This incentive is available to Tech Distributors (and its subagents) only. Calculations & Validation: AT&T Channel Marketing will rely on AT&T Sales Operations to validate Subagent eligibility and provide results for ACC Business Production. Payouts: Award will be paid directly to the Tech Distributor firm via standard ACC Business commission cycle. If there are delays or issues with the submission of the award, Channel Marketing will alert AT&T Sales Leadership and the Primary/Secondary/Com Contacts at the respective Tech Distributor firms. If AT&T sees significant post-installation fallout, AT&T reserves the right to recoup the incentive funds and/or remove Tech Distributor firm from future incentives. AT&T is eligible to cancel, suspend, or modify this program via written notice at any time for any reason during the above time period.
