Dear CNSG Family,

Another quarter has passed us by, and I am continuously blown away by our explosive growth. I know next quarter will bring more opportunities for prosperous partnerships, expansion, and development.

Exciting things have happened in the CNSG Community!

May 5th-8th brought our 1st Annual Bucket List Awards Trip at the 142nd Kentucky Oaks & Derby. Our Top 5 Partners received VIP Treatment and accommodations. What a great time!

Shortly after that amazing experience, we welcomed over 300 partners and suppliers to our 2016 Partner Forum and Golf Tournament on May 16th & 17th. This event featured a great Supplier Expo, networking opportunities, as well as speakers Walker McKay and Greg Olsen of the Carolina Panthers.

Our record-breaking attendance this year is a testament to the partnerships and relationships we have built within the Channel.
We truly value our partners, suppliers, and internal staff, because teamwork is the backbone of our continued success.

In May, we also announced that Shonda Funderburk had been promoted to Supervisor of Cable Services. This is great news for our partners and even better news for us! Shonda’s leadership skills, work ethic, and infectious smile help make our entire team better!

Shonda’s promotion shows that we urge and reward our CNSG team for going the extra mile. This ensures our partner and supplier communities continue to be supported and appreciated.

Overall, our team had another record breaking quarter and we look forward to more success throughout the second half of the year. As always, we sincerely thank you for your business, partnership, and friendship.

Shonda Funderburk Named Supervisor of Cable Services
Converged Network Services Group, the Premier Master Distributor for Connectivity, Cloud, and Cloud Enablement, proudly announces the promotion of Shonda Funderburk to Supervisor of Cable Services. Shonda will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the order cycle by the Cable Team, which includes Fiber and COAX product inquiries and quotes, serviceability checks, order agreements, submission, and tracking. She will also oversee any cable escalation requests.

“Shonda has taken CNSG’s vision for growth and amazing customer service to a whole new level. Her leadership skills are well suited to help drive CNSG’s development efforts as we continue our mission to make it easy as possible for suppliers and partners to want to do business with us,” said Randy Friedberg, VP of Business Development at CNSG.

Shonda is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.S. in Information Systems & Operations Management. She has over 15 years of telecom operations experience, and joined CNSG in 2014, quickly moving up the ranks by driving efficiency and customer-focused solutions.
