Karen Chambers RPM Telco Hires Karen Chambers as Customer Success Manager
RPM Telco is excited to announce the hire of our first Customer Success Manager, Karen Chambers. Karen brings valuable industry experience to the RPM Telco team having spent the last 7 years as a Senior Customer Advocate at Windstream Enterprise.

Customer success is achieved when our subscribers reach their desired outcome through interaction with our software. Karen has been brought on to strengthen our relationships with RPM Telco customers and ensure their success.

Some initiatives Karen will be working on include establishing a user group advisory panel, developing and delivering best practice content to heighten product knowledge, and promoting the RPM Telco brand at industry events.

Karen will also be conducting on site customer consultations while continually relaying valuable industry, customer, and product feedback to the proper RPM Telco channels.
